Helpful and Knowledgeable, we usually book a package holiday but couldn't find what we wanted, found Destinology website and it went from there, we really felt that Anna had our best interests in mind

I think Destinology are a great company they offer a very personal service and the staff are very accomodating and friendly. In my original review I wasnt so happy as our transfers were messed up but it ws sorted out very efficiently by our peronal travel Advisor Andy Morris, I dont seem to have received his email where he apologised for all the mistakes which were out of his control. Andy was extremely helpful from choosing the best Villa for us in Phuket (Outrigger Laguna Village - amazing Villa highly recommended with a private pool!) and the Chatrium in Bangkok to recommending places to go and see and things to do which was extremely invaluable to us. We had an amazing time in Thailand and would like to say a massive thanks to Destinology and especially to Andy Morris!
