Hi there, thanks for taking the time to post a review. Please accept our apologies for the late delivery - this was actually caused by a strange computer glitch at our end. We did as you say take action as soon as we were made aware and we arranged a Saturday delivery. We've investigated and corrected the source of the error to ensure that it won't happen again. We realise that this is too late to be of benefit to you, but should you require any further items please contact us beforehand and we will apply a discount to compensate you for your inconvenience on this occasion.
