Dear Derek, Thanks for the review. We would like to clarify that the your was dispatched promptly by us but took longer than usual because of frequent Royal Mail strikes between when your ordered and the delivery. A possible delay due to this reason was notified in advance on our website and the order confirmation emailed to you. We have been working very hard to do whatever is in our reach to minimise the delay due to Royal mail strikes. Between the date of your order and delivery, they have been on strike on Nov. 24th, 25th, 30th and Dec.1st apart from the usual weekends amidst the busy Christmas period! Not to forget the bad weather conditions recently which also affected the movement of parcels. I hope you can reconsider the star rating provided to accurately reflect our work and not pay the price for them going on strike. with regards Four Square Healthcare
