Dear Customer, Sorry your parcel was not delivered. As explained earlier, we had acted upon it immediately and the matter is now under investigation by Royal Mail. We await to know the status from them and can then accordingly advise if they are going to deliver this same parcel or a new parcel needs to be sent or a refund can be done. This was all explained to you. We were made aware of this issue only mid-last week and we need to give them the time it takes to do their checks. with regards Four Square Healthcare

Dear Customer, As we discussed, the agent from Royal Mail said that they seem to have delivered the parcel whereas we are telling them opposite and asking them to provide the whereabouts of the parcel. So, we need to wait for them to first clarify this dilemma by giving us a proof of delivery or advise the status of this parcel. Only then the next step can be ascertained. If they have not attempted a delivery then first they will automatically attempt the delivery. A parcel can be sent back to the supplier only after at least 1 failed delivery attempt. We have not received the email on 28/12, besides this was during the holiday period. We received your email last week after the holidays and have started acting on it. If it was about simply denying receiving the emails then we should have said the same about this email too. with regards Four Square Healthcare
