Better if the computer system glitch were sorted. However, a follow-up phone call by the company sorted the problem.

Minor problem with their automated order acknowledgement. But otherwise, fast service and delivery

Rootex bag was easy to use. I dug up a 2 year old walnut and replanted in the bag - to contain the roots and the size of the tree. Truth will tell when it's spring and the tree starts to grow again.
