Kun kunder med købsbevis kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse. Det sikrer vi ved at tage kontakt til køberne lige efter deres transaktion.

Hvordan verificerer vi anmeldelser?

Vi kontrollerer, at anmeldelserne kommer fra ægte kunder, ved at matche dem med et salg eller en transaktion. Folk bliver først inviteret til at skrive en anmeldelse, når de har købt noget hos virksomheden.

Please let us know if there are any particular flowers that you would like to see in the Garden Planner and I will forward your request to the development team for their consideration for the future. You can also create custom plants by editing any of the existing plant icons. We'll be in touch to explain how to do that.
