Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We pride ourselves on honesty and giving excellent customer service so we were disappointed to hear of your issue with the wood burner and we have investigated the issue fully . We are pleased to say that we have now emailed you directly about how the issue arose and established there was no intended “deceit”. We are pleased that the cottage was appropriately warm with the central heating and you had a good holiday. We hope our response has demonstrated our customer focused approach and you choose us again when visiting Yorkshire.
