Good communications, competitive quote and easy to deal with. Howver, when Insurance documents came through some of the details were wrong which was worrying.

I'm really sorry about the hiccup with your documents. Unfortunately we failed to clarify the exact company name you wanted to appear on your documents.
As you're aware we needed to speak to the insurers to get this corrected. We have spoken to the insurers and requested they fix this immediately - we promise to have your documents emailed over to you this week.
