Hi there. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our service. I have checked the timeline and it seems your order was due to be dispatched on 6th August. There was a delay and we didn't let you know. Please accept our apologies - we dropped the ball on this occasion which isn't a normal customer experience. Beautiful blinds, well made, precise measurements, excellent service, helpful answering queries, there was a delay in delivery, but that was not really a problem
