More follow up would be great. Once the purchase was completed, we had no follow up. Curtains arrived without any guide for hanging or how to ensure they sit well.

Thanks for your feedback. We follow up all made to measure orders with expected delivery dates and you should have received hanging instructions with your curtains. Please email us at contact@loomandlast.com if that was not the case and we can re-send it to you. The hemming stitching was very obvious. I would have returned them but had to use them in a guest bedroom. I will unpick the hem and use the invisible hemming option on my sewing machine. If I can do
