As I see our customer service continuously were taking care of your requests while trying to solve your issues. We are incredible sorry for all the inconveniences you have been experiencing and I believe we tried to do everything in order to solve it as fast as possible, anything else was just not up to us, meaning the speed while solving particular issues.
