Hello, We are truly sorry that there was a delay with your shipment, and more importantly an honest apology due to lack of communication. At that point of time we did not have a proper customer support team, which accordingly explains your experience with our brand at that time. We are so sorry that you needed to experience all of this. However, we recognised your feedback as an improvement for the future and put all of the efforts to build a strong support team.
