Thank you for your feedback and we note you booked via the Best Western website. We have re-checked the rate plan booked and it clearly shows it was on a room only basis. If you still have issues with this we would recommend you contact Best Western direct.

Good booking service however when I booked it said that there was a balcony with the room but when I double checked with then there was not a balcony

Difficulty with internet was unable to telephone a member of staff to make a booking without many calls

Thank you for your service feedback and we are sorry to hear that you had difficulty with the internet. Our office is open 7 days a week, usually from 8am to 7pm. It is difficult to comment further as you make reference to the need to book many calls but without explaining further.
