After investigating your issue we can see that your order was despatched the following day with DHL for which you were notified and with a tracking no. We have checked the tracking and can see that your parcel is in a DHL depot and we trying to resolve this our side. For our response time, we state on our website to allow 24-48 hrs for us to respond. Our support team will be in touch.
