The glasses came really fast since we're in lockdown! Not much else apart from very good communication throughout the sale.

The glasses were as described, came with a wipe cloth and hard case, and were in excellent condition.
Really happy with my purchase and were well priced when benchmarked against the high street.

Hi Charlotte, thanks for your feedback.Covid has impacted many local and global deliveries (in terms of lead times) but during the outbreak customers in NZ have received their frames. We'll investigate from our end and if the frames don't arrive soon you'll receive a full refund. Many thanks, James
