Your service was fine as you shipped as promised. However the Royal Mail postal service was very bad so my item was delivered three days later than it should have been.

Thank you for the feedback. I think part of the issue might have been the Bank Holiday but I will feedback with our Royal Mail Account Manager as obviously this negative feedback has reflected on our service which is disappointing as we shipped within the timescales stated for the Standard Service you selected.

Thank you for the review. With the hi-viz they are designed to be a bit neater fitting than our usual tail guards as they are used when the horses are exercising - otherwise there is a danger of them slipping down the tail. There is some adjustment with the velcro. Sorry that it didn't fit your horse.
