Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that your order arrived squashed. We do our best to make sure our products are packaged as well as possible. As the box arrived squashed I can only assume that the seal got stuck to the box as all of our stock here contain the security seals which are fully intact. It is clear to see that the seal is not made from a particularly firm plastic hence it would have broken during transit. I can reassure you that the seal was not broken when it had left our store.
