I can see your order was dispatched on the 3rd of April, DPD tried to deliver on the 4th and 5th but there was no answer. DPD also tried phoning you to which the wrong number was provided on the contact information. This parcel was rescheduled on the 6th and 7th of April by the consignee.
As soon as you contacted us we got in contact with DPD to help figure out what had happened with your delivery, we provided them with the correct contact number and DPD have got the parcel out for delivery the next day.
