Hi there, Thanks so much for taking the time to leave feedback, but obviously we are very disappointed to find out that your order didn't arrive when you expected for it to… From our records it looks like it was dispatched 5/8/24, meaning that it should have been delivered in the following 1-3 working days. Records show that 99.25% of the time cards are delivered within the 3 working days and 85% of time first class standard orders are delivered the next day! However, since this has not been the case, I must assume that it has faced some delays in the postal service, so I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. All the best, James
