From our records it looks like it was dispatched 7/3/24, meaning that it should have been delivered in the following 1-3 working days. Records show that 99.25% of the time cards are delivered within the 3 working days and 85% of time first class standard orders are delivered the next day!
However, since this has not been the case, I must assume that it has faced some delays in the postal service, so I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
