Hi there Sandra, Thanks for leaving your feedback, but I'm of course sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. The envelope provided is standard industry sized - large cards are more susceptible to damage and therefore extra spacing is given to help avoid damage on the way to you. Thanks, James

Hi Rose, Thanks so much for taking the time to leave feedback, but obviously we are very disappointed to find out that your order didn't arrive when you expected for it to… From our records it looks like it was dispatched 7/3/24, meaning that it should have been delivered in the following 1-3 working days. Records show that 99.25% of the time cards are delivered within the 3 working days and 85% of time first class standard orders are delivered the next day! However, since this has not been the case, I must assume that it has faced some delays in the postal service, so I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately I can't see any email from you in our inbox for us to resolve this before receiving this feedback; Please drop us an email at customerservice@scribbler.com and a member of the team will assist you further with this matter.
