However, we would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the delay in getting the item to you in the timeframe specified. As previously mentioned, we experienced an unexpected peak in our warehouse which meant that meant despatch of items was slightly delayed. In order to get the item to your alternative address as quickly as possible we dispatched another free of charge and absorbed the delivery and return costs of the first order.
