Thank you for your feedback. Firstly, please accept our apologies for the incorrect image on our website & catalogue. The bins are no longer available with the lids as pictured as our supplier has discontinued this part of the product which is sadly out of our control. We have contacted our supplier to retrieve a more up to date image.
A collection was raised last week in order to retrieve the bins from your address, but this was unsuccessful. We have raised another collection this morning with DX and advised the driver to contact you to organise a time to pick up the bins. If you require further information, please contact Shaun who has been liaising with you to solve this issue. Once the bins have been returned a full refund will be provided. Once again please accept our apologies and we hope to be of better service in the near future.
