Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on headphones that have been opened/worn unless they have developed a fault.
This is stated clearly in our returns policy here - https://studiocare.com/pages/returns-policy
"All our headphones are sent with a hygiene seal, if this is broken or if the box has been opened in any way, we cannot accept them back for return."
All headphones have a hygiene/tamper seal fitted. If this were intact, a prompt refund would be issued.
In this case, not only was the hygiene/tamper seal broken but it was clear from the damage to the internal packaging that they had been unboxed.
