Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry you had such issues with DPD, we were not aware that they were going to deliver them on two separate occasions, we have raised a complaint with them for this issue as this is not what was expected.
As for the parcels, one item you ordered was a poster, these are packed in protective tubes to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition, so could not fit in with the smaller items in your order without possibly bending or getting creased. I also apologise for the inconvenience of one of the items being out of stock, once I had found out about this I refunded you straight away - this is sometimes due to items being so popular they did not disappear off the website straight away, I have informed our web team to take a look at this to make sure it doesn't happen in future.
As your postage was free with this order, I have refunded you what we would usually charge for our standard postage on this order to compensate for the delay.
