I only ordered 1 item and they sent the wrong item! That meant I had to phone them to ask for a replacement and I also had to send the wrong item back. Getting the order right is the least you should

Thank you for your feedback. I am incredibly sorry you were sent the wrong item in error.
After chatting to you on the phone I organised for a replacement to be sent out straight away and I do appreciate you sending the incorrect item back, I have refunded you for the inconvenience and postage costs this may have incurred.
We have insured that errors like this shouldn't happen again, now the replacement has arrived I do very much hope you enjoy the catalogue now it is with you. It really is a beautiful book.
