Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while we dealt with the problems with your parcel caused by Australia Post, I have opened an investigation into this, so hopefully this won't happen in future!

After chasing this up with the print workshop we realised that due to a website error, one of your prints had fallen through the net - after getting this put into production for you with high priority, I can see that it arrived safely!
