Although our custom prints normally take 10 working days, in this instance, around the time you placed your order we had an error on our website, meaning some orders, including yours, were not processed, this then caused a slight delay in orders being dispatched.
We hope the partial refund we provided will compensate the issues this caused. After following your order to ensure it arrived to you safely, I can see that it was delivered. I do hope you enjoy your prints now they have arrived.
