Thanks for your feedback on your order with us. We really appreciate hearing back from you! You have highlighted something we are currently working to change. As custom prints arrive separately from other items your purchased (as they are made to order) it can be a little confusing when they are on the delivery note. We are going to remove these from the delivery summary and we are also working to create clearer communications about the delivery timescale to make the whole process a lot smoother.

Print pricing was misleading. I was under the impression a framed print was £25 & so I also paid for postal delivery to avoid carrying it back to Scotland. I did think it was cheap but really the shop
