Sorry you haven't been enjoying your wine club cases. Please do always let us know if there is a faulty bottle or something you don't enjoy as we will always send a replacement or alternative free of charge. Customers enjoying every single bottle is our priority.

Delivery was confusing. I received notice of dispatch on Tuesday pm but wine wasn't delivered until Friday pm. I wasn't given any notice of delivery
