Further to your response to my Feefo feedback, and your suggestion I get in touch. Unfortunately you were the person who dealt with my enquiry, and I therefore feel there is no point in re-visiting this with yourself, as you gave me incorrect information.
You advised me "The payment we received on 30/3/2020 is from your February wage, it has always been this way. " This was NOT true, and has never been so. It turns out that the file sent to yourselves by my employer on the 30th had not been updated with my new deduction that they had made on the 27th March. So my employer was sitting on my money. Everything was resolved the following month, when the file was corrected, with no help whatsoever from Transave.
