Thank you for the reply Annie,  that is a shame we received a 3 star rating, i have checked the job sheet and you had a large move spread over 3 days with day 1 and 3 having no pressure with completion or timescales. 

We sent 2 men on the Pre load day to load a 14 tonne vehicle which holds 1500 cubic foot.    Then day 2 we sent a 4 man team to load and deliver 1800 cubic foot on the HGV lorry with help later on from another crew, and then we delivered the balance on day 3 in the morning. 

i apologise that 1 person was a pain most of the time,
