If you could possibly share the batch number with us (which can be found on the bottom of the box), we will raise this with our factory. Our customer care team can be reached at wecare@bumboo.eco. To fix the ply issue, it might help to take the top layer/ply, and unwind just once; this should realign the plies. We use a plant-based adhesive to secure the start of each roll to prevent this issue, so it's disappointing that this has occurred.
