It appears there was a mix-up at the warehouse, and you were mistakenly sent the 100% bamboo white-wrapped toilet rolls instead of the unwhitened version. When we last spoke, we offered to arrange a collection of the incorrect item and send you the correct one. However, we haven't yet received confirmation from you on whether you'd like us to proceed with this.
We also acknowledge the VAT charge issue, which was promptly refunded. We've raised this with our finance team, and it is currently being investigated. Updates will be reflected on our website soon.
