Good morning Thank you for your feedback and I am glad your claim was dealt with satisfactorily. With regards to payments, there seems to be some confusion here as looking back at our records it would appear that originally a single item policy was bought and then cancelled at your request in favour of a multi-gadget policy that covered 2 items. A subsequent policy for another item was also then purchased. It would now appear that you have cancelled the Direct Debit for this policy also.
