The email we sent you in response to your email yesterday was that we have arranged for our installation specialist to come to your house with a full replacement bed so that he can inspect the build that you have done and fix or replace anything that is not perfect. We totally recognise the urgency to get this done for you hence why we have been trying to get hold of you throughout the day to arrange the visit.
