We appreciate your feedback and can see that a member of the team has been working with you on a resolution. Within our terms and conditions we state that upon receipt of your order you need to fully check all parts and do not attempt installation if damages are visible. If damages are present, you are required to report them to us within 72 hours either by raising a service request through your account or via email. Sadly, with both of your orders, installation was completed before the team were made aware of any issues. Regardless of this, we have worked hard to assist you and come to a positive outcome.
