The Lotus grill you received was not used, but we agree, it did have a few imperfections which occurred during the manufacturing process. Please be assured this is extremely rare for this item, however the images have been shared with the relevant team for further investigation.
To resolve this for you, we offered an alternative colour as the plum wasn’t available, however as the stock was due in imminently, you chose to wait for the replacement. Your order was upgraded to express delivery to the alternative delivery address as requested and monitored until successful delivery. We can see this has been delivered and have contacted you to ensure you are happy with the replacement. Our customer service team are a lovely friendly bunch and do all they can to resolve issues with minimal disruption and inconvenience to our customers where possible.
