Thanks for your review, we’re disappointed that you’re not happy. 

After speaking with your account manager, I can see you only signed up to our service 15 days ago and we’re still in the setup stage. 

On our original proposal we do clearly state we require conversion tracking set up and enabled. (Please refer to the "what we'll do" section) We also state that it will take a few weeks to really start seeing performance increases from AdWords (please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions section).

I note from our records we have spent several days liaising with your website developer to install conversion tracking (We don’t charge for this) - this will allow us to understand what is working on your account and enable us to provide you with further improvements. We actually only received everything we need from your website developer today - this means we now can move forward with your campaign.

As we mention in our proposal, it does take time for Google AdWords to produce results and 15 days isn’t enough time for you to make a determination - especially when we’ve been waiting for your web developer to provide us with the tools we need.Also, I note from our records we are yet to receive your first payment so you are currently on account hold. If you could please contact your account manager we’d be happy to deal with your concerns (and explain what you can expect going forward once again) and of course get back on track by resolving the current payment issue.

Just to add further detail to the below response,  you only made your AdWords account two days ago - this clearly isn't enough time to give you much in the way of results. I will arrange for your account manager to get in touch so we can move forward productively.

As explained to you previously, the feedback request was for you to review the service you received from us when you first made contact and signed up. The reason for this is, it provides us the ability to give our staff ongoing training to improve our onboarding process.

You will of course receive a further review request in a few months where you can rate our PPC Management service.

Your account manager has left a message to call him back to discuss further.
