After speaking with your account manager, I can see you only signed up to our service 15 days ago and we’re still in the setup stage.
On our original proposal we do clearly state we require conversion tracking set up and enabled. (Please refer to the "what we'll do" section) We also state that it will take a few weeks to really start seeing performance increases from AdWords (please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions section).
I note from our records we have spent several days liaising with your website developer to install conversion tracking (We don’t charge for this) - this will allow us to understand what is working on your account and enable us to provide you with further improvements. We actually only received everything we need from your website developer today - this means we now can move forward with your campaign.
As we mention in our proposal, it does take time for Google AdWords to produce results and 15 days isn’t enough time for you to make a determination - especially when we’ve been waiting for your web developer to provide us with the tools we need.Also, I note from our records we are yet to receive your first payment so you are currently on account hold. If you could please contact your account manager we’d be happy to deal with your concerns (and explain what you can expect going forward once again) and of course get back on track by resolving the current payment issue.
