The reservation process was easy and professionally handled. I was kept informed throughout the 12 months between reservation and start of the cruise. All special requests were accommodated.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that overall you enjoyed your cruise on-board Panache. Regarding transfers, whenever possible we do try and accommodate individual requests for pick-up, however for Panache we need to coordinate the arrangements for 6 couples. Most of our passengers have different arrival times, airport terminals and flights can be delayed. Many guests choose to stay in Amsterdam pre their cruise and some travel by rail or overland. If we offered transfers to meet each passenger as they arrive into the Netherlands, this would compromise the comfort for other passengers who would be seated in our vehicles whilst travelling and waiting for other guests. For this reason we offer a centrally located pick-up location and time. We are pleased to hear that the drop-off arrangements at the end of your holiday worked fine.

Several of us arrived at the Airport about the same time on 24th April. You just need an Airport rendezvous arrangement plus the Railway Station for those in Hotels. I agree that individual collection ex various flights would not work. You just need one time and place at the Airport on the day as an alternative to the Railway Station. Nobody arrived by train and the Station Restaurant you chose was not that easy to find. The whole pick-up arrangement was a hassle which we can do without for the price you charge for six days on a barge.
