We're very sorry you felt that the personalised attention was lacking, it's extremely unusual to hear and has been taken on board. Our category class refers primarily to the cabins and so the service, gourmet meals, wines, escorted excursions, and other amenities on board are of a similar standard on all of our barge cruises.
