Hi Tatty Thanks for the review, however we have checked and there is no record of us being contacted of any issue with your order. So, I have phoned last week but you were not available and left a message with your colleague. The product supplied was seal packed. We wouldn't know of any breakage inside until the pack is opened. It is extremely rare for steel instrument(s) inside to be broken. Do you mean the outer pack only got damaged in transit during postal delivery? We haven't been contacted as well after the delivery. Is it definitely this particular set supplied by us which had the issue or can this be a confusion with a instruments set supplied by another supplier? We supply medical products against customer orders and not in the business of offering appointments for any medical or other requirements. Is this service review meant for the service meant for someone else? To clarify, you have bought from us the electrodes for Powerheart AED3 G3 and there's no request for appointment from your side and neither do we provide a service where appointments are required. Your order was placed on on 14th September and delivered on 16th September which is even earlier than the chosen time frame on the order. Incorrect reviews do not do justice with the hard work we put in.
