Dear Customer, Thanks for the review. The product you have bought 'Histofreezer' is for use by Medical Professional use only and clearly stated on the website. However, you still bought it for personal use. This is the the most used brand in Clinics and Hospitals to freeze off the affected area. There is a specific technique to be followed, suitability for the indication and skin type has to be checked, and can also have some unwanted effects if not used properly. Therefore, it is recommended for use by medical personnel only. This could be one of the reasons it has not worked for you. You have mentioned that you used to go to hospital to freeze it off, implying that it is a recurring issue. The products used are called Cryosurgery products. If it is the same product then no reason why it will not work if the technique was correct. We don't know what particular product was used in your hospital and/or what technique they follow and neither have we ever suggested whether it will work or not work in your case. Hi Tarek, Thanks for the review. A bit intrigued so looked in to further details. The delivery mode requested on the order was not a tracked courier but the non-tracked and cheapest Royal Mail service was chosen. As it was not a tracked courier service, they cannot provide a time frame for delivery. They attempted delivery on 07/10/22 but since there was no answer they requested for arranging re-delivery or a collection. There is no failed re-delivery attempt that can be seen, perhaps a re-delivery was not requested for. Even if it was, it would have still not provided a time but only the date selected whilst booking re-delivery. The parcel was collected from Royal Mail on 12/10/22 evening. I hope this clarifies and you can improve the rating provided. We look forward to be of assistance again. with regards Four Square Healthcare
