Dear Customer, Your parcel had a attempted delivery on 14/02 at 11.03 am by Royal Mail but there was no answer at the door so the post man had to take it back. A shipment confirmation email was sent to you on 11/02 after the product was sent out and besides this email, the shipment status could also have been checked through the online account you created on our website. The parcel was kept at their East Dulwich Delivery Office, awaiting a redelivery request or collection. The parcels was kept there for more than 18 days but since there was no such requests, it shall be returned to us. with regards Four Square Healthcare
