I ASKED FOR A PRIVATE TRANSFER AND WAS ASSURED WE HAD ONE. WHEN WE GOT THERE IS WAS A BUS SO WE PAID FOR OUR OWN TRANSPORT THERE AND BACK AS ONE OF OUR PARTY CAN OT GO ANY BUS. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The service was fine at the point of booking, however we were not advised that there was building work taking place that would greatly impact out holiday. Extremely disappointing
