Not worth a day trip. Spent most of the trip on the bus to get to the start or back to the hotel and the rest of the time on a slow boat from one island to the other. Really not worth it.

Good service. It will be great if the pick up could be also in Barra Tijuca. The bus and the boat were great, and stuff helpful. It will boost a lot of the guide can talk a bit more of the excursion.
