Overall Customer Service was excellent. The trip was easy to arrange via telephone and then email, and the base representatives at Branges and Saint Jean-de-Losne were exceptional.

Instruction beforehand very inadequate. Heater on boat did not work.
Staff very kind and helpful. Boat generally in good shape but the outside not cleaned when we picked it up.
