The experience was great the boat was ready and the crew was very helpful.

The boat was as listed - we were disappointed that the Air Conditioning did not work on the boat, but made the best of it - it was abnormally warm during our trip.
The boat was perfect for our 6 people, the 3 staterooms and heads worked out great, the galley was fun to cook in. We spent most of the time on the upper deck!

Staff was friendly, efficient and organized. All materials were well laid out. Port had supplies to get started.
Boat is comfortable and spacious. A lot of room but there were only 3 of us.

We very much enjoyed our mid-week (4 night) cruise on the River Charente. The le Boat staff was very helpful and the boat was provided to us in good condition.
