We are sorry that you were not 100% happy with your stay, The minor issues you mention such as bulbs not working, the washing machine controls, or the light not being bright enough could have been easily solved by the property manager, who is always on hand to help with such problems during your stay. We have told the owner about the mattress, although this is the first time we have ever had a complaint about this, he will look into replacing this. We know you have stayed in our properties on Veranda Palms on a number of occasions and we hope you will rent with us again in the future.
