Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback as we are always striving to improve our customer service, and I am very sorry that you had such a poor experience with us.
Unfortunately, in this particular instance the Honeywell Doorbells were a new range for us and we had to rely on the recommendation provided to us by the Honeywell technical department when we phoned up for their advise regarding your request, as the particular model you are quoting is not included in their brochure.
All of our staff have subsequently undertaken training on this range to enable us to give more accurate information in the future.
